by Bevon Findley (SU)
Patients with mild to moderate symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome can work with the physical and occupational therapists at OACM to help alleviate some of the pain and discomfort associated with the condition. Thomas Perone, DPT, MTC, Director of Physical Therapy at Mid Atlantic Sports Therapy and Rehab, an affiliate of Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland and occupational therapist, Beth Kozera, OTR, CHT, work with patients on effective exercises and stretches to help minimize discomfort and manage carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms.
