Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland, P.A. has been providing high quality orthopaedic care to the central Maryland community since 1969.  Our physicians are dedicated to providing excellent service, quality care and have been trained at some of the best medical institutions in the country. We are continuing the traditions of the founding physicians Dr. John Tansey and Dr. Kenneth Spence (pictured to the right). We look forward to building on this tradition and we are committed to caring for each patient with a focus on individual needs.
