I am writing to let you know of the good treatment I received from physical therapist Mary Beth. Her calm demeanor during a difficult time for me was very helpful. The ultimate result was a good recovery with a 127 degrees of bend in my knee. And while I have to take a little credit for that, Mary Beth was instrumental in my recovery. She is personable and knowledgeable. She inspires confidence. She made my therapy experience much better.

I began therapy on January 22, 2019 with what's commonly referred to as a "frozen shoulder". Kirsten has diligently brought me along to the point where I can now perform all of my professional and recreational activities without pain. Kirsten has that uncommon trait of being both professional and social. She strikes a balance between "pushing" her patients to new limits, and encouraging them to "follow up" with their own home exercises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your facility (or Kirsten) to a friend in need.

"I was very pleased with the facility which was clean and well-equipped. They all knew the names of the people they were working with and seemed to be patient with everyone. I wanted to especially mention Karyn Dulaney who evaluated me and planned my program of exercises. She was very professional and her expertise evident in her work."

"I have visited this practice for two separate issues and cannot imagine receiving better care from anyone, anywhere. The first visit was for a torn tricep tendon, which required surgery. The procedure and follow-up care (including physical therapy) were perfect and I have full range of motion with no residual issues. This happened when I was 45. Recently I went back because of a minor shoulder injury. I thought it might be a rotator cuff issue. After a same-day walk in visit on a Saturday, the diagnosis was bicep tendonitis. After a couple weeks of therapy, I was fine. When I went in for the follow-up visit, the doc had clearly reviewed my entire history; he even knew how I hurt my tricep when I was 45. Everyone from the desk staff to the PAs to the doctors were first-rate and I highly recommend them."

"I have been a patient since 2012 and can't say enough great things about the physicians. Dr. Scott Silverstein repaired my torn ACL, which healed in remarkable time with no complications. Dr. Wallace treated my torn rotator cuff (following a fall) and again, it healed very well. Dr. Adams treated my late mother, a dementia patient, for a fractured wrist and showed compassion and kindness to her. Dr. Timothy Yoon was her pain management specialist (degenerative spinal issues) who worked with her for several months and was able to provide relief that her doctors at a highly rated NC-based medical center did not provide. I can't say enough good things about him. Recently, my insurance sent me to another ortho specialist outside of this group and his plan to treat my back fracture did not include aggressive treatment. I had to ask for physical therapy versus the cortisone shot he kept pushing, plus he kept asking if he needed to write a prescription for something stronger than the requested Naproxen ... not the kind of orthopedist I want. Informed my primary medical doctor that I would only see OACM from here on out. They are truly the best!"

"I've had one left should surgery and one right shoulder surgery with Dr. Adams. I had great results! I am 42 and remain very active in the gym, with my kids coaching sports, and now doing Brazilian jiujitsu. I have arthritis and so am currently seeking another successful surgery with Dr. Adams for my left knee. If you are looking to remain active in your middle to late years, I strongly recommend Dr. Adams who specializes in sports-related injuries and surgeries."
