John Strawley, PA-C
John Strawley first joined Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland as a medical scribe, working closely with a hand surgeon and gaining early exposure to the world of orthopedic care. After completing his graduate training, he returned to our practice as a Physician Assistant with a clinical focus in disorders of the hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. John is passionate about musculoskeletal medicine and takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to diagnosis, treatment planning, and recovery.
He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 2025. Before attending graduate school, John built a diverse clinical foundation working in orthopedics, ENT, emergency medicine, and primary care. He also volunteered as an EMT, which helped deepen his commitment to accessible and compassionate care.
John takes pride in helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life. He is dedicated to working collaboratively with patients and the orthopedic team to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
