Dr. Emad Zeitouneh retired on July 31, 2019. 

Dr. Zeitouneh: Congratulations on an amazing career. We thank you for your dedication, grace, and congeniality. As a direct result of your diligent effort across three decades, Orthopedic Associates of Central Maryland has not only grown but flourished. You have been such an important part of OACM for 29 years, and your example will continue to inspire us in the future. You will always be held in high regard as a committed professional and a caring physician who always shows warmth and appreciation to your patients, colleagues, and staff.

Dr. Emad Zeitouneh is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon with more than 32 years of experience. Dr. Zeitouneh provides general orthopedic care and international orthopedic care. Previously, he provided sports team consultation for the Baltimore Ravens and for the Baltimore Blast soccer team.

Dr. Zeitouneh earned his medical degree and completed a rotating internship at the Alexandria University Medical School in Alexandria, Egypt. He completed his general surgical residency at MedStar Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and his Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore.

In addition, Dr. Zeitouneh performed two fellowships: he completed a Sports Medicine fellowship at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and an Orthopedic Surgery fellowship at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Dr. Emad Zeitouneh is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American College of Sports Medicine.
